2: Low blue light (traditional lamps have too high blue light, which can cause certain damage to the eyes, so you should choose lamps with low blue light, at least RG1 level)
3: Big brand chips (chips are used as For the luminous body of the lamp, it is very important. A good chip is often more expensive. Bridge, Cree, Osram are all good and more common)
4: Color rendering is greater than 90 (everyone should know this, the color rendering is above 90)

Let me introduce how to choose lamps
Magnetic track lights: There are dark installation and surface installation. For ceiling installation, you can choose pre-buried ones. Don’t choose plastering, which is easy to crack. If there is no ceiling, use ultra-thin surface installation, which is also good-looking
Spotlights or downlights: According to the specific use location, if you want a small hill, it must be a spotlight, and the downlight will not have a small hill. If you want a good lighting effect, choose a downlight. Choose 75 for the opening. Don’t choose a messy opening, it will be difficult to match if you want to change the lamp later
Linear lights: This is also generally for ceiling installation, and you need to go to the site with the carpenter for construction. Need to be pre-buried, don't buy too wide for home decoration, about 2CM is fine, generally don't choose to use it at home if it's more than 4cm, it's not good-looking if it's too wide
Surface mounted spotlight: This is generally used in the absence of a ceiling. The common combination is to have two rows of surface mounted magnetic track lights on the left and right sides of the living room, and a surface mounted four-head bold lamp in the middle. The effect is great
Eye protection ceiling lamp: suitable for bedrooms or living rooms, high brightness, low blue light, high CRI, friendly to eyesight, can be installed in the children's room if there are children at home, it is a very good choice.
