88 square meters - Confused about whether to make a living room for magnetic track light?
On the one hand, I am worried that it will be expensive to make a mainless lamp.
On the other hand, I’m worried that if I don’t have a main light, the floor will be too high and it will look depressing!
After all, the area is only 88 square meters, and the living room is too small.
In the end, despite the opposition of my family, I decided to make a lamp without a main owner.

☑️Storey height problem
The original floor height of the house is 2.77, and after the floor tiles are laid and the ceiling is installed, it is 2.62. It is really not depressing to live in.

☑️Light source selection: spotlight + magnetic track light + light strip

☑️Lighting layout: spotlights and magnetic track lights as main lighting
Pre-embedded track lights, one length is 5 meters and one length is 4 meters
Floodlights, spotlights, grille lights can be installed inside and can be adjusted freely.
Each group of lights can be controlled individually
The light strips are embedded in the ceiling and TV background to be used as ambient lighting.

☑️Lighting selection--magnetic track light for eye protection
CRI: Choose a CRI of 95 or above. The colors of furniture and food in the photos will be better and more realistic. My family chose a CRI of 98.
Anti-glare, choose deep-cup anti-glare spotlights
In this way, whether you are lying on the sofa watching TV or reading a book, there will be no glare.

☑️Notes: The lighting layout must be determined during the water and electricity stage. The magnetic track lights must be purchased in advance before the carpentry stage and embedded in the ceiling.
